At Full Bloom Kitchen, everything is designed with you in mind. We offer completely personalized chef support, created specifically around your lifestyle, dietary needs, and health goals. Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, or simply craving more balance, every menu is completely custom to you. 

  • First we’ll start with a phone consultation to get to know your needs and narrow down exactly what you’re looking for.

  • Next, we take care of the menu planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, and delivery, so you can enjoy fresh, nourishing, whole foods without the stress.

  • Lastly, enjoy your food! Think of it as having your own personal chef who stocks your fridge with meals that fuel your body - minus the kitchen cleanup!

Start your day strong with adding nourishing breakfasts such as breakfast burritos or bowls, steel-cut oats, egg cups, or frittata - add breakfast to any custom meal plan.

  • $35 per week

Breakfast: White bean egg bake with spinach, cannellini beans and roasted cherry tomatoes + topped with micro greens

Meal 1: Chicken bolognese, carrots, celery, onion & fennel seeds + baked spaghetti squash & fresh basil, side mixed green salad with a lemon shallot vinaigrette

Meal 2: Slow-cooked beef brisket with rosemary, thyme & grainy mustard, side roasted honey carrots & cauliflower ‘mashed’ potatoes

Meal 3: Deconstructed Bahn Mi bowls with lemongrass chicken balls, mixed greens, pickled carrot, radish, cucumber & cilantro vinaigrette

Meal 4: Pistachio crusted halibut with roasted lemon asparagus & rustic root vegetable mash

Snack 1: Salmon quinoa & veggie-packed patties with a tahini lemon dipping sauce

Snack 2: No-bake superfood brownies with mixed nuts & seeds, goji berries + pistachios

*Please note that this is strictly a sample menu and every menu is completely custom to each client based on their preferences. A variety of options will be provided for each client every week to choose from. This sample menu is a reflection of 'The Full Bloom' package with add-ons.

  • The more notice you’re able to provide, the better - especially if you have specific dates in mind. Once a new client has completed our onboarding (initial phone consultation, intake form, etc.), scheduling typically takes about a week or less.

  • The pricing is based on weekly services + the cost of groceries.

  • Once I have sent the potential menu over to a client and it’s been approved, I will take care of the rest! I create the ingredients list and shop at one of our local grocery stores. I pay for the grocery bill, which will be added to your invoice, along with a copy of the receipt. We do our best to stay within a budget for our clients!

  • Once we’ve picked a date, you can expect your food to arrive between 3:30 - 5:30pm that day. If you need the food at a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate.

  • For all in-home services, we use the client’s containers, otherwise, we use glass containers to package all of our food in and rotate the containers each week. We ask that clients return all of the glass containers clean and ready for pick-up.

  • Full Bloom Kitchen provides customizable support - available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as a one-time service.

  • At this time, we are only serving Squamish, BC and our pricing includes the delivery fee.

  • Our Full Bloom Kitchen packages start at $235 + the cost of groceries & GST will be added to the invoice.
