Hi there! I’m Erin - the face behind Full Bloom Kitchen Co., mama to two little humans, holistic nutritionist, mountain lover, and your go-to gal for delicious and nourishing eats.

I’m lucky to call Squamish, BC home, where the beauty of the outdoors and mountains are a constant source of inspiration, both in life and in the kitchen!

Living a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me - I believe in the power of nourishing food and movement to create energy, clarity, and balance in my everyday life.

After University, I followed my gut (literally) back to school and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through CSNN. This led me to co-found a cold-pressed juice, smoothie and vegan company for 5 years. Then came my first babe - I seriously underestimated how intense the postpartum journey would be. Deeply nourishing foods became a pillar in my recovery, both physically & mentally. That whole experience led me to continue my studies at Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition, where I dove deeper into pregnancy, postpartum & baby nutrition.

Now, I’m wildly passionate about food that makes you feel good - it can be a powerful way to nourish ourselves for everyday life, postpartum recovery, and everything in between. I love my work as a Holistic Chef - it feels like my creative outlet and inspires me every single time I tie up my apron and step foot in the kitchen.

In case you can’t tell, food is my love language!
